Vicky Kaushal speaks in support of LGBTQ community, says it’s natural

Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan has got Bollywood talking and accepting same-sex love

Same-sex relationships have been widely discussed currently as the release of the upcoming film, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan nears. The film starring Aysuhmann Khurrana and Jitu Kumar as the same-sex couple have opened a dialogue and a healthy conversation for the LGBTQ community in India.

Earlier we also saw Sonam Kapoor portray the role of an LGBTQ member in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga, but the film failed to create a big buzz. With more actors talking about it, the industry seems to have opened up to the community.

Vicky Kaushal recently talked about the same in an audio show and said, homosexuality a very natural thing. He talked about having everyone going through doubts as teenagers and kids being teased about being gay, so you “discuss it with your family and they deal with it. The closet has become bigger and now that they’re open and comfortable about it, and the world is talking about it, they feel like they have wings now. And it’s so beautiful to see,”

Vicky is currently busy shooting for Dharma Production’s horror release, Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship. He is also making headlines for a rumoured relationship with Katrina Kaif.
